순두부찌개 (Sundubu-jjigae, Soft Tofu Stew)

The first Korean traditional food I would like to recommend is Sundubu Jjigae. I was told that Foreigners who visit Korea often find it and chose food as their favorite. It is also my favorite food. 

'Sundubu' means soft Tofu and 'jjigae' means stew. Koreans usually have this dish with rice together. This is the Korean way to eat almost all kind of stew.

Of course, the main ingredient of this food is tofu, and it is made with 'Gochujang(Chilli seasoning)', vegetables, meat, clam, Kimchi.
